Sometimes there's nothing we can do but take a deep breath. Pull in a long, sturdy breath, hold it, and then let it go.

It is our own reaction to people's answers presented to us that will make us feel success or failures. It isn't the person with the answers that heal us, it's our willingness to embrace our own Grace and decide to make the changes we feel are necessary for our own personal growth.

We can either rise to the occasion, or kneel to the condition, the choice is ours.
